Front Legs + Shoulders

Step 1

Begin with long strokes down the length of one leg from the shoulder region to the paw making sure to incorporate the entire circumference of the leg.

Step 2

Form a diamond shape with your hands and place around shoulder. Perform slow circular motions maintaining the diamond shape. Start the circular motions small and gently increase the circle size.

Step 3

Slowly bend and stretch elbow joint three times.

Step 4

Finish leg by performing long strokes as in Step 1.
